Return Policy

In the event of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. You can call our office at 805-498-0636 or email us at info@thefoundersbible.com and we’ll be happy discuss the best way to handle a return/exchange. Please keep the original packaging, and document any damage to the item and/or packaging by emailing us a photo of the damage. This helps us process a claim with the shipping carrier. Returns for reasons other than damaged or defective items will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and will only be granted if the items are returned in perfect, resalable condition.
